Welcome to The Yoga Nook.  Term 4 begins Saturday 11 October.  Holiday classes will run in the term break at $30 each. For term enrolments choose the class time you can most regularly attend.  If you can't make your regular class for some reason you can do a make up class at another time, as long as there's space in the class.  You can join in anytime during the term and pay for the remaining weeks pro-rata via internet banking or cash when you come to class. If you have a particular issue you're working with, organise a one-on-one session with Linda by emailing [email protected]. We'll work out ways for you to join group classes while taking care of yourself.

For Zoom classes,  reserve your spot at least an hour before class starts, and you'll be sent the link 30 minutes beforehand.
