This retreat is in the yoga school and covers 4 sessions on Fri, Sat and Sun December 20-22. Friday and Saturday 3-5pm and Saturday and Sunday 8-10am. We'll focus on asanas and pranayama to help you navigate the silly season with ease and grace.
