This is a class for people with sore backs who want to see if yoga can help. It's a one off class at the moment but will continue if there's a demand. The aim is to get you to that stage where you feel confident to join a Beginners' class. There will be some explanation of the anatomy as well as practical exercises to do and a practice sheet to take home with you so you can start doing the asanas regularly.
